Chef and proprietor Claude Masrahi established Claude’s on King to share the simple, delicious flavours he first discovered cooking alongside his grandfather in Morocco.

Today, he loves creating modern versions of those dishes that remind him of those times cooking with his ‘jadde’.

Start your culinary journey into the world of traditional Moroccan and Mediterranean cuisine with a vibrant assortment of dips, fresh olives and charred sourdough, before making your way to hearty mains such as Provencal Black-Lipped Mussels and Slow-Cooked Beef Bourgogne, before rounding off your meal with a range of unique, house-made desserts inspired by his grandfather’s love for something sweet.
